Learn the SAFe -framework from its contributors! Nitor is one of the few Scaled Agile’s Gold SPCT partners in Europe, and our coaches have long practical experience in applying the framework to different business contexts. Many Nitoreans have contributed to the SAFe-framework since its development. Contents

Through immersive facilitated sessions, participants will explore the sources of conflict, learn strategies for managing conflict resolution, and practice tools and techniques to enhance collaboration within their organizations.

Participants will receive the SAFe Micro-credential to share with their network.

Practicalities

The course starts with an introduction session two weeks before the actual training. You will receive a self-study assignment you can complete at your own pace before the training session. Please reserve 2 hours for the self-study assignment.

Prices

  • Normal: Helsinki 395 € per person

  • Early bird (enroll 30 days before): Helsinki 350 € per person

  • Price includes training materials.

  • Cancellation policy: Cancellation has to be done 14 days before the course start to avoid costs. Cancellations made later than 14 days prior to the course will be charged 50 % of the course price. In case of no show the full price is charged. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
