SAFe® 6.0 is a comprehensive update with six primary themes

Enhancing Business Agility: highlighting five business and technology patterns to help structure your organisation.
Building the future with AI, Big Data, and Cloud is addressed with three new guidance articles on harnessing these technologies. Changes also affect portfolio management, funding, and delivery model.
Delivering Better outcomes with ‘measure and grow’ and OKRs. An improved linkage between OKRs to Epics, supporting the transformation itself.
